Delivery And Shipping
- We ship our products through registered and trusted courier partners for orders across India.
- We offer free shipping for all orders.
- The products are dispatched to the shipping address recorded at checkout.
- The products are typically dispatched within 1-2 weeks of order confirmation depending on your destination.
- Once the products are dispatched for delivery we will notify you of the same with tracking details via email.
- We accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express), Net Banking options across major banks as well as recognised Wallet & UPI options.
- Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.
Returns And Refunds
We work on a no return and refund policy for all items.
Only exception being, if the product is received in a damaged condition and the same is brought to our notice within 24 hrs. of delivery receipt, along with the unboxing video of the goods. If 24 hrs. have gone by since delivery, we can’t offer you a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in original packing as received along with a receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not exchange any products.
If the product is received defective or damaged and after immediate intimation (within 24 hours of delivery) on the receipt of the product – after validating with the unboxing video, a fresh piece of the same product will be shipped out within 2 weeks.
